How do you ensure quality before bulk?
Every custom program starts with a pre-production sample you approve for fabric, construction, color, sizing and branding. We don't run bulk until the sample is signed off.
What inspections do you run?
In-line checks during production and a pre-shipment inspection (to an agreed AQL) covering construction, dimensions, color, defects and packaging. We can also arrange third-party inspection.
What testing can you arrange?
OEKO-TEX, flammability, colorfastness, shrinkage and tensile/tear-strength testing via labs such as SGS, Intertek or BV, to your destination market's requirements.
Are your quality figures certified?
We publish indicative typical figures and confirm exact values by sample approval and test report per order — we don't publish fabricated certifications.
